**Responsibilities**
- Monitoring affiliate practices & performance, maintaining relationships with affiliates;
- Act as the first point of contact to affiliates and address affiliates needs as needed;
- Working together with the Operations and Marketing Team to develop campaigns and programs for our affiliate portal and program;
- Regularly monitoring each territory's performance; compiling and submitting campaign performance reports to the Operations Manager;
- Willing to work at odd hours to cover affiliates from different timezone;
- Keeping affiliates up to date on any changes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in a discipline related to marketing and/or business management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Coachable, willing to learn and re-learn what you thought you knew;
- Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- Self-starter and work well within a team environment;
- Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships;
- Passionate about sales and quick-minded;
- Willing to travel when required;
- Able to succeed in and enjoy a fast-paced, quick-witted environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $3,000.00 per month
