You are looking for a Manager Benefits based in Ambattur, Chennai to lead a team of benefits specialists and oversee the administration of US benefits programs. As the Manager Benefits, your key responsibilities will include team management, benefits administration, project management, and training & development.In terms of team management, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of benefits specialists to achieve department goals. Creating a collaborative environment that fosters teamwork, high performance, and continuous improvement will be crucial for success in this role.Regarding benefits administration, you will oversee the administration of US benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, and reconciliations. You will handle processes related to 401K, healthcare, dental, vision, and other employee benefits to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.Project management will be a key aspect of your role, where you will need to lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. It will be essential to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with company objectives to drive success.Additionally, you will be responsible for training and development within the benefits team. You will need to develop and conduct training on new policies, tools, and best practices to equip the team with the necessary knowledge and skills for optimal performance.To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Proven experience in team handling and presentation skills will also be valuable assets. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, automation tools, Power BI, and data visualization tools is required. Knowledge of AI tools and applications will be a plus.Experience in US Benefits Administration, client handling, and project management will be beneficial.
