Job Title: Executive Centre for Research in Child Development CRCD

This is a 3-year contract position which may be renewed based on the Institute's needs and individual performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support PIs in administrative tasks related to HR procurement and finance ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Assist in HR processes including hiring staff development and onboarding.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events meetings retreats and other activities.

  • Participate in the procurement process including processing goods receipts and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage office operations including mail distribution and resource management.

  • Contribute to creating marketing materials for events and research-related activities.

  • Update digital platforms including corporate website and social media accounts.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business events management or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience preferably in a research or academic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with some knowledge of digital and social media communication tools preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills attention to detail and meticulousness.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
