About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Culinary Leader with extensive experience in Japanese cooking techniques to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with experienced chefs to maintain high standards of culinary excellence, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in every dish.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing effective training, supervision, and motivation to achieve peak performance.
  • Develop and implement creative menu concepts that showcase authentic Japanese flavors and techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in accordance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve recipes and cooking methods.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role, with a strong background in Japanese cuisine and techniques.
  • Experience working with woodfire cooking methods is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
