Job Title: Executive Culinary Leader

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Culinary Leader to oversee our kitchen operations. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our culinary team and contribute to the success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Chef Management: Take charge of the kitchen, maintain control, and command respect from kitchen staff.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Productivity Maximization: Lead and develop station chefs to maximize kitchen productivity.
  • Innovation and Quality: Develop and implement innovative food ideas, new menu items, and recipes to increase sales.
  • Stock Control: Conduct bi-monthly stock takes and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Cost Management: Coach the kitchen team on effectively managing costs while maintaining recipe standards.
  • Inspection and Evaluation: Conduct routine inspections and evaluations of workstations, including food presentation, quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

Requirements:
  • Education: Relevant culinary degree or equivalent experience.
