Program Innovation and Market Alignment

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Rlevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and the lifelong learning ecosystem in Singapore.
  • Proven track record in driving program growth, building partnerships, and achieving business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
