About the Role

CGS International Securities Singapore Pte. Ltd. is a leading integrated financial services provider, offering a range of services including equities trading, wealth management, and investment banking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring timely onboarding and due diligence processes, and maintaining accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and issue resolution.
  2. Provide expert advice on onboarding document requirements and assist business units in obtaining necessary client information.
  3. Utilize diplomacy and communication skills to manage client relationships, ensuring all documentation is complete and processed correctly.
  4. Conduct AML/KYC screening and client due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance.
  5. Perform periodic reviews of corporate and institutional accounts to ensure up-to-date client records.
  6. Contribute to client-centric initiatives, including process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  7. Assist clients at the front desk and open trading accounts at our Investment Centers.
Requirements
  • A minimum Diploma/GCE 'A' Level cert/Degree is required.
  • Relevant working experience in a stockbroking industry or similar capacity is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong customer-focused qualities and excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of client enquiries and possess a 'go above and beyond' attitude.
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills to liaise with clients from Chinese-speaking countries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
