Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans and sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a contact centre industry, handling government projects in an operational or project management capacity.
  • COPC certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of contact centre operations, telephony/IT systems, and contractual terms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and preparing management reports.
