Job Title: Client Service Manager

At INNOQUEST DIAGNOSTICS PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement improvements to our service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and secure client records are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Generate and analyze call statistics and KPIs to track team performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role or similar capacity in the medical laboratory or healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership, work professionalism, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and hands-on experience in CRM systems.
