Operations Management Role

This exciting opportunity is for an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of a rehabilitation centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, including maintaining accurate records and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To maintain the centre's equipment and ensure a safe environment for clients to perform therapy sessions.
  • To accompany clients during outdoor activities and assist in transport arrangement and scheduling.
  • To ensure necessary documentation is made for all prescribed therapy sessions.
  • To coordinate monthly food ration service for Medical Care and oversee day-to-day cleanliness of the centre.
  • To supervise locum general workers and facilitate NEA audits.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any healthcare-related course preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
