Job Title: Program Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to provide support for our rehabilitation programs at a youth residential facility.

  • This role involves delivering logistical, administrative and engagement support for our programs.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with program staff and external vendors to track outcomes and improve our rehabilitation programs.

About the Role:

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing support in various areas, including:

  • Logistical, administrative and participant-engagement support for our programs.
  • Producing and distributing communication materials to keep staff informed about programs and initiatives.
  • Supporting post-program review by gathering and consolidating feedback and outcome data, performing analysis, and preparing recommendations.
  • Conducting research on relevant literature, policies and best practices; synthesizing key findings into clear summaries and resource lists.
  • Maintaining accurate records for youths — logging activities, achievements and progress, and ensuring documentation is up to date for award tracking.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, including liaising with external stakeholders and vendors, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; some experience in stakeholder/vendor management preferred.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong research, analytical and data-synthesis skills for program improvement.
  • Proficient in creating clear, effective communication materials.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Committed to supporting the rehabilitation and well-being of residents.
