Youth Program Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our programs held at residential youth homes. This 12-month contract position requires strong logistical, administrative, and participant-engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide logistical and administrative support for programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and produce communication materials to share program information with staff.
- Support post-program evaluation by collating and analyzing results, recommending improvements to strengthen future delivery.
- Conduct research and synthesize relevant evidence and resources from existing literature to inform the review and enhancement of residents' rehabilitation framework; assist with implementation of proposed changes.
- Maintain and update youths' National Youth Achievement Award (NYAA) logs, documenting activities, achievements, and progress accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience; some experience in stakeholder/vendor management preferred.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong data-analysis and synthesis skills for program improvement.
- Proficiency in producing communication materials (written and visual).
- Research skills and ability to summarize findings from literature.
- Commitment to the rehabilitation and well-being of residents.
