Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work.

This includes preparing and lodging documents with relevant statutory boards, liaising and advising clients on company formation, statutory administration, and related matters. You will also be responsible for preparing XBRL reports and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Law, or CSIS qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Apart from technical skills, we are looking for someone who is independent, organized, and meticulous. You should have a positive working attitude, be proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you must be able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
