Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate governance specialist to join our team. As a corporate governance specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on corporate secretarial matters, including incorporation, strike-off, and preparation of directors'/shareholders' resolutions. You will also be responsible for onboard new clients, liaising with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners, and attending and drafting minutes of general meetings, board and board committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate secretarial matters
- Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial services
- Handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties
- Onboard new clients in accordance with policies and procedures
- Liaise with statutory bodies, banks, and other third-party business partners
- Attend and draft minutes of general meetings, board and board committee meetings
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in corporate secretarial field
- Conscientious and meticulous, good organizational skills and experience, able to work independently and well under pressure
- Proactive and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in dynamic corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of Companies Act and other relevant regulations
- Relevant experience in handling listed companies assignments (preferred)
