Corporate Governance Specialist Job
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about corporate governance and administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and corporate secretariat support to our group entities. This includes preparing Board/Shareholders resolutions, filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), and maintaining statutory registers and records.
Key Responsibilities:- Report to the Corporate Secretary
- Assist the team in providing administrative and corporate secretariat support for the group entities
- Prepare Board/Shareholders resolutions, filings with ACRA, and maintain statutory registers and records
- Assist with corporate secretarial functions, including filing hardcopy minutes/resolutions etc.
- Facilitate physical and virtual meetings, prepare draft board minutes, and distribute minutes and materials via a platform
- Carry out post-meeting actions as required
- Ensure compliance with company law, regulations, and best corporate governance practice and principles
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretariat or related field
- Strong knowledge of Company Law, regulations, and best corporate governance practice and principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
