Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to support the legal and compliance operations in Singapore.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to cross-border corporate governance and entity management.

  • Manage the lifecycle of corporate entities, including incorporation, maintenance, and dissolution across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for statutory filings, annual returns, and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain and update corporate records, entity management systems, and documentation.
  • Draft and review board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other governance documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, tax, legal) and external stakeholders (legal counsel, regulators).

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, preferably in a multinational or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and corporate governance standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with entity management platforms is a plus.
