We are seeking a seasoned Senior Banking Professional to join our esteemed team, bringing with them extensive experience in auditing, risk management, and compliance. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in evaluating control environments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate control environments across various business lines, providing actionable recommendations for enhancement
  • Lead audits efficiently, encompassing risk assessment, planning, testing, evaluation, reporting, and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and insights on business, risk, operation, and technology control practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or relevant compliance/regulatory roles within a financial services organization, major accounting firm, or regulatory body
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; advanced certifications (CPA/CA/CIA/CAMS) are highly valued
  • Strong understanding of internal control concepts, Asia laws, and banking regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex issues to senior management
