Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Banking Consultant. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and provide expert guidance to our banking clients on Temenos products throughout the project lifecycle.

This senior-level role involves providing actionable configurations for custom development, analyzing gaps between client needs and T24 capabilities, and proposing realistic solutions that stay within project scope.

  • Partner with banking clients to identify their business requirements and translate them into actionable Temenos/T24 configurations.
  • Develop clear and concise specifications (BRDs & FSDs) for custom development, ensuring the development team has a complete understanding of the project goals.
  • Analyze client processes and workflows to recommend best practices for optimizing T24 utilization and maximizing its benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Configuring Temenos products through the definition of static and semi-static data, ensuring a smooth core banking system implementation.
  2. Conducting functional testing to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  3. Managing communication with all project stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for end-to-end solutions.
  4. Providing end-user training and mentorship.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
  • Proven experience in T24 Core Banking transformation or Temenos Wealth Suite projects, with a Specialization in Private Banking.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules (AA Loans, AA Deposits, Payments, Treasury, Securities, Corporate Actions).
