We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Banking Associate to join our team. As a Senior Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of banking products and services.
About the Role:- Monitor and track clients' transaction maturity for Fixed Deposits, unit trusts, loans, and FX.
- Promote banking products such as Fixed Deposits, FX, and Swaps through phone calls and email follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) on marketing and business development efforts.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics, or a comparable field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
