Strategic HR Leader

This is a key role responsible for overseeing the overall Human Resources function within an organization.

  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Ensure a seamless hiring process by coordinating with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Prepare employment contracts and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including providing them with necessary documentation and training.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee personal files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage foreign workers' matters, including work pass applications and accommodation arrangements.
  • Training and Development: Liaise with trainers to schedule staff training and coordinate with other departments to meet staff training needs.
  • Staff Welfare: Take responsibility for staff welfare activities, promoting a positive work environment and supporting HR initiatives as assigned by management.
