Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, responsible for 70% of the role. This includes managing HR generalist duties such as headcount planning and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking to ensure competitive salary offers.
  • Define and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for short- and long-term hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through online platforms, professional networks, and external partners.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.
  • Maintain a pool of past applicants and potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Plan and execute structured interview and selection procedures.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment sources such as agencies, universities, and organizations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment-focused role.
  • Proven experience working with sourcing agencies and external recruitment partners.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is an added advantage.
