As a Talent Acquisition Lead for Logicalis Asia, you will need to understand the talent profiles of the organization and develop a robust recruitment marketing strategy. You will collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers across Asia to identify talent gaps, develop and implement recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and attract top talent to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities include:
Partner with management to coach and support hiring managers in recruitment and selection processes.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing recruitment plans, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Manage the development of internship and graduate programs in Asia.
Enhance employer branding to attract talent, build candidate pipelines through creative sourcing, and promote Logicalis Asia as an employer of choice.
Drive candidate attraction and engagement via social media, events, and promoting our employee value proposition.
Ensure effective implementation of talent acquisition tools and systems (e.g., Workday), leveraging technology and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency.
Monitor and optimize recruitment and marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and continuously improve initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, with a recognized degree or diploma.
Experience in volume hiring and niche skill recruitment, preferably in technology.
Proven project management skills with successful delivery of TA projects.
Creative use of social media and job boards for sourcing and employer branding.
Familiarity with recruitment systems like Workday.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
