**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy in alignment with our growth objectives. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building a strong talent pipeline, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify and attract top talent in the technology and manufacturing sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the organisation's expansion plans and business needs in the technology and manufacturing sectors.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and proactively develop recruitment plans.
- Continuously analyse and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve processes and enhance the quality of hires.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices and regulations in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the company's recruitment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a demonstrated track record of success in recruiting for technical and manufacturing roles.
- Profound understanding of the technology and manufacturing industries, including the skills, experience, and qualifications required for various roles.
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and other HR technology solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience in managing a team of recruiters and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition efforts with broader business goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
