Our client, a leading company in the Digital Assets and Crypto industry, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the digital assets and crypto space
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and create job descriptions
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present top candidates to hiring managers
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech or fintech industries
  • Strong understanding of the digital assets and crypto space (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with ATS platforms, HR databases, and recruitment analytics tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
