We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who\'ll drive excellence in our hiring processes and foster the high-performance culture in our recruitment team. You will work closely with leadership to increase talent density across the organization, and you\'ll coach and grow a team of recruiters to deliver outstanding results. Overview The Talent Acquisition Lead will build and lead a team of recruiters, own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles, and partner with key stakeholders to forecast talent needs and drive hiring excellence. Responsibilities Build, manage, engage, and coach a team of high-performing Talent Acquisition professionals Own and optimize recruiting strategy for priority roles across the company Create and reinforce best practices that emphasize quality over quantity, aiming for exceptional talent density Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, HMs, HRBPs, others) to determine current and future talent needs, align on hiring progress and challenges Regularly review team performance, pipeline health, CSAT, and other metrics Personally drive senior and/or hard-to-fill searches Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on continuous improvement of the hiring process.
