Reporting to the management team, this role offers a unique blend of executive support, office administration, and human resources experience.

About the Role:

  • Providing high-level secretarial support to a lean management team
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending reminders
  • Maintaining databases, records, and correspondence
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements

Office Administration Responsibilities:

  • Ordering office supplies, managing mail and courier services
  • Facilitating facilities management

HR Administration Tasks:

  • Liaising with external HR vendors on matters related to payroll, insurance management, annual leave, and CPF
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks or project work as required

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' experience in executive assistance and HR admin/office management and/or HR admin work
  • Proven experience working in a cosmopolitan environment
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of discretion, professionalism, and maturity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Suitable resilience and ability to take constructive feedback

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, human resources, and executive support. A competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
