Dynamic Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen with Kerry Consulting PTE. LTD. for a skilled Executive Assistant, Office Management and HR Admin.
Reporting to the management team, this role offers a unique blend of executive support, office administration, and human resources experience.
About the Role:
- Providing high-level secretarial support to a lean management team
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and sending reminders
- Maintaining databases, records, and correspondence
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
Office Administration Responsibilities:
- Ordering office supplies, managing mail and courier services
- Facilitating facilities management
HR Administration Tasks:
- Liaising with external HR vendors on matters related to payroll, insurance management, annual leave, and CPF
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks or project work as required
Requirements:
- At least 8 years' experience in executive assistance and HR admin/office management and/or HR admin work
- Proven experience working in a cosmopolitan environment
- Able to demonstrate high levels of discretion, professionalism, and maturity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Suitable resilience and ability to take constructive feedback
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, human resources, and executive support. A competitive salary of SGD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
