Marketing Director, Wholesale Banking

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Wholesale Banking marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing plans to launch new products, generate leads, and increase awareness across key sectors in ASEAN countries.
- Manage the implementation of strategic initiatives, including marketing proposition development, publicity, and through-the-line marketing, with a focus on budget management.
- Collaborate with agencies, industry partners, and internal teams to design and execute holistic regional marketing plans that drive sustainability objectives.
- Lead the development and rollout of the Sustainability Compass in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, ensuring its availability in local languages to meet SME needs.
- Coordinate and manage local and regional events for sustainability-related and Global Markets outlook events.
- Oversee end-to-end management of joint-marketing partnerships, including co-branded marketing collateral creation and event co-organization.
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B product and solutions marketing, with a proven track record of implementing successful solutions and digital strategies.
- Experience in managing cross-segment, regional rollouts is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a matrixed corporate environment.
