About the Department
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Strategise, ideate and develop integrated marketing plans for product launches, leads generation, awareness and client engagement campaigns across 7 key sectors, in key ASEAN countries. Drive and manage the implementation of SSG and GM projects and key initiatives from development of marketing proposition, publicity, through-the-line marketing to management of budgets Partner agency, industry partners and internal business teams to strategise and implement holistic regional marketing plans encompassing paid, owned, earned and social media to drive GWB’s sustainability proposition and objectives. Lead the development and roll out of Sustainability Compass in MY, TH & ID, availing it in local languages to meet SMEs’ needs. Includes internal and external stakeholders management Events coordination and management of local and regional events for Sustainability-related and Global Markets outlook events End-to-end management of joint-marketing partnerships which may include, creating of co-branded marketing collateral and co-organising of events to drive adoption of solutions
Job Requirements
At least 8 years working experience in the B2B product and solutions space with a proven track record in implementing successful solutions and digital strategies. Experience in managing cross-segment, regional rollouts strongly preferred. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate across a matrixed corporate environment, internally and externally. Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable.-
