Job Description

The CS Senior Quality Specialist role is responsible for driving overall Global Quality of service performance and improvement plans with OPS stakeholders and Global Support teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and leadership skills. They should be able to provide thought and project leadership to the CS Training & Quality Team and build solid working relationships with managers and CS Learning & Development & Quality (L&D&Q) teams.

Key responsibilities include evaluating performance results, identifying areas of strength and focus, and representing Global Quality. The successful candidate will also lead by example, be an excellent mentor, and assist other CS Global Support teams in the development and innovation of Quality of Service where needed.

This role requires a proactive and positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with all layers of the CS organization to innovate and safeguard Quality of Service for our customers.
