Job Role: Service Excellence SpecialistAbout the Position:We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Service Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients across various channels.Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to inbound/outbound communications (calls/emails/cases) related to policy enquiries/requests from customers and advisors.
  • Provide assistance to customers on the use of our digital platforms and mobile app.
  • Evaluate and resolve service requests/feedback/complaints in accordance with established service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support departmental processes, workflows, and administration.
Requirements:
  • A customer-obsessed individual with strong passion to help customers and deliver excellent service.
  • Good understanding of customer journey and customer emotions at different touch points in retail insurance / financial services to manage escalations effectively.
  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
