Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their security systems are functioning optimally.">

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to promptly resolve issues related to customers' security systems.">
  2. Provide timely and effective support and maintenance services, including routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, expansions, modifications, and user training.">
  3. Enhance customer satisfaction by fostering long-term client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery.">
  4. Manage and renew maintenance contracts as needed, ensuring seamless continuity of service.">
  5. Conduct daily troubleshooting and ensure timely resolution of all outstanding technical issues.">
  6. Take ownership of service-related matters post-handover from the project team.">

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electronics, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.">
  • Experience in the security systems industry, particularly with access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, is an advantage.">
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and databases.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.">
