Service Excellence Specialist Job Overview:
The position of the Service Excellence Specialist involves ensuring seamless daily operations at a residential facility while positively impacting residents' lives. This specialist will be the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their queries with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities include supporting new residents during admission and orientation, maintaining accurate records and statistics, providing administrative support, handling data entry, managing client payments, tracking inventory, enforcing shelter rules, mediating disputes, and building rapport with residents and their families.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate and resilient individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing crisis situations calmly and effectively. Previous experience in social services, community work, or shelter operations is an advantage.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification required is an O'Level certificate or higher.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in using technology to maintain records and perform tasks.
- Basic knowledge of office software and hardware.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
