**Job Title:** Business Development Manager for Electrical Solutions

In our esteemed organization, we are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and expanding key client accounts across various industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and at least one year of B2B sales experience in a relevant industry. A solid understanding of electrical products and applications is essential.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process, including client engagement, project estimates, proposal preparation, and order closure. You will also provide technical consultation and support to clients for the sale of industrial electrical solutions and related products.

To succeed in this role, you must meet or exceed assigned sales revenue and profitability targets. Gathering and analyzing client technical needs while tracking market and competitive insights is also crucial. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within client organizations is vital.
