
Solutions Business Development Manager

Solutions Business Development Manager to expand Delta’s presence in Singapore market by maintaining and developing new customers or partnerships, implement strategic plans for business growth, through development of new solutions or services from Delta’s wide range of portfolio of products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain key business relationships with existing clients and channel partners (SI).
- Identify and approach potential clients in different industries for business expansion.
- Identify and approach new qualified channel partners (SI) in different industries to build up channel partners (SI) network.
- Client visitations to understand pain points of clients, determine client needs, technical requirements of clients and propose solutions offerings from Delta.
- Recommend budget, expenditures, and appropriations for automation, deployment and integration costs to clients.
- Devise and execute business plans for forecasting, targeting and attaining sales target.
- Project management of businesses secured including aspects from inception to its post-implementation phases.
- Guide and manage project engineers for projects secured, while providing support to upgrade technical capabilities of project engineers by providing technical trainings.
- Remain abreast with market trends and other relevant regulatory affairs to determine the impact on the environment, business and assessment of potential opportunities from clients.
- Participate in proposal review meetings, site visits, and estimating efforts, as required in the development of automation solutions proposal.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Design Engineering or other degrees of relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales or marketing roles involving automation projects.
- Knowledge of Industrial Automation products such as PLC, Inverter, Servo, HMI and Scada.
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders’ relationship and expectations.
- Personnel with working experience in Industry Automation will be an advantage.

- Skilled with the preparation of automation solutions proposals.
- Possess a good understanding of Industrial Automation products.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving stipulated objectives and goals.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate a team of project engineers.
