Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Paid Social Director to join our team, reporting to the Regional Head of Paid Media in APAC. As a key member of our paid social team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Jellyfish's paid social media strategy, driving growth and innovation across our global offices.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating new technologies, formats, data sources, media, and technology vendors on a global and local scale, working closely with the Regional Head of Paid Media and Director-level peers.
- Leading the Jellyfish social team, championing agency vision, and driving commercial opportunities.
- Developing and executing paid social strategies, collaborating with agency leads, and ensuring effective resource allocation and budget utilization.
- Contributing to measurable success in growing the agency's revenue and profitability from social media.
- Supporting the business development team with pitches and developing the paid social team to contribute to winning client pitches.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in working across integrated digital marketing campaigns, requiring cross-channel collaboration with PPC, SEO, Display, Content Marketing, Email, and Creative strategists.
- Skills in using technology and processes involved in running high-spending paid social campaigns.
- 6+ years of experience in Paid Media, with familiarity with social strategy, planning, and execution at an enterprise level.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to respond to briefs and work with media planners.
- Client-centricity, process improvement, creative problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
