The Associate Partnership Director will manage various aspects of the alliance relationship with our Strategic Partners in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Onboarding: Sourcing new partners and onboard them based on business needs, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.
  • Joint Business Planning: Developing joint business plans with partners to meet business goals, driving growth and revenue expansion.
  • Go-To-Market Strategies: Orchestrate resources within NCS to support co-selling and GTM activities, maximizing market penetration.
  • Single Point of Contact: Ensuring key high-profile joint sales opportunities are sourced, developed, and closed, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Progress Monitoring: Tracking progress and defining KPIs, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Process Management: Establishing smooth operation of collaboration ground rules, streamlining communication and workflow.
  • Executive Engagement: Organising executive engagements, including QBRs, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive Sales Campaigns: Driving sales execution across activities, achieving business objectives.
  • Contract Management: Responsible for onboarding, renewing, extending, and negotiating agreements related to partnerships, ensuring compliance and security.
Leadership Role:
  • Strategic Communication: Serving as a spokesman for NCS, communicating the broader strategy and partnership strategy and goals.
  • Team Leadership: Hiring, leading, and motivating a team of partner managers to perform the roles of a partnerships function.
  • Partnership Strategy Formulation: Formulating a partnership strategy for a chosen area of business.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnosing and providing resolution to organisation issues and challenges related to the partner portfolio.
