Job Summary
The Guest Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include reviewing arrival and departure guest lists, attending to VIP guests, and providing information on amenities and services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and have at least one year of experience in a similar position. The ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, is also essential.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, training development abilities, water management skills, and proficiency in travel arrangements, housekeeping, inventory management, composition, property maintenance, counseling, administrative support, facility maintenance, safety training, hospitality, and customer service.
