Job Summary
">- We are seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent guest relations and service skills, with the ability to handle guests' requests, concerns, and feedback.

- Manage reservations through phone and email, ensuring restaurants are confirmed.">
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests.">
- Communicate guest information to the team (special requests, occasions) to personalize guests' experience.">
- Request guests for their dining feedback and communicate feedback to the manager.">
- Ensure each guest is warmly welcomed.">
- Welcomes guests by name and brings them to the designated seats.">
- Ensures each guest gets a fond farewell before they leave.">
- Assists in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.">
Requirements:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.">
- Excellent guest relations and service skills.">
