The Guest Service Officer is a pivotal role within our organization. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our Centre.Responsibilities and Duties
- We are seeking an individual who will generate and review daily reports to reconcile guest bookings against reservation correspondences, alerting the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies.
- Liaising with the Housekeeping team to coordinate room status updates, including requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special arrangements, or VIP room assignments.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Verifying cash float accuracy at the start and end of each shift is a critical aspect of this role.
- This position also involves providing support for official events and functions organized by the Centre.
- A minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification is required.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- We value service-oriented individuals with a passion to serve.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- The ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is mandatory.
