Job Overview
A Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • To project a professional and welcoming image to the business, actively seeking and developing relationships to drive reservations.
  • Assign guests to tables, maximizing space utilization to best advantage.
  • Ensure each guest receives attention and service, monitoring and handling guest complaints promptly.
  • Collate guest feedback, maintain guest history systems, and prepare monthly reports for business decision-making.
  • Familiarize oneself with operating procedures and standards.
  • Take orders confidently, asking relevant questions for sequence of service.
  • Address problems immediately, collaborating with Outlet Managers as needed.
