A Guest Relations Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- To project a professional and welcoming image to the business, actively seeking and developing relationships to drive reservations.
- Assign guests to tables, maximizing space utilization to best advantage.
- Ensure each guest receives attention and service, monitoring and handling guest complaints promptly.
- Collate guest feedback, maintain guest history systems, and prepare monthly reports for business decision-making.
- Familiarize oneself with operating procedures and standards.
- Take orders confidently, asking relevant questions for sequence of service.
- Address problems immediately, collaborating with Outlet Managers as needed.
Requirements

- Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Possess hands-on experience in cashier duties.
- Develop excellent people skills.
- Demonstrate responsibility and trustworthiness.
