Job Overview

The Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.

About the Role:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to provide efficient and courteous service to guests.
  • Build rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, offering assistance as needed.
  • Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' requests and enquiries.
  • Manage guest baggage storage and delivery of parcels and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of porter duties, including luggage delivery and baggage storage.
  • Ensure lobby, driveway, and luggage storage areas are kept clean and presentable.
  • Stay informed about daily events within the hotel and assist guests or visitors with directions and information.
  • Oversee smooth traffic flow at the hotel driveway.
Key Requirements:
  • Front Office experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling varying situations.
  • Good knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
