The Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.

About the Role:- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to provide efficient and courteous service to guests.
- Build rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, offering assistance as needed.
- Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' requests and enquiries.
- Manage guest baggage storage and delivery of parcels and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of porter duties, including luggage delivery and baggage storage.
- Ensure lobby, driveway, and luggage storage areas are kept clean and presentable.
- Stay informed about daily events within the hotel and assist guests or visitors with directions and information.
- Oversee smooth traffic flow at the hotel driveway.
- Front Office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling varying situations.
- Good knowledge of hotel facilities and services.
