Job Title: Staffing and Administration Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing and Administration Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the registration of employees in various systems, providing support to centre leaders on teachers' registration and qualifications matters, maintaining and updating employees' particulars in HRIS, and liaising with external agencies and line managers as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer registration of employees in ECDA Teachers' Registration online system;
- Provide support to centre leaders on teachers' registration and qualifications matters;
- Maintain and update employees' particulars in HRIS, ensuring necessary documentations are obtained for record and audit purposes;
- Liaise with Ministries, external agencies and line managers as and when necessary;
- Track KPIs set by the Ministries/ECDA;
- General HR administration and ensure employees' electronic p-files are well maintained;
- Prepare HR reports for internal and external parties as and when necessary;
- Assist in HR audit matters where necessary;
- Attend to employees' enquiries on HR policies and procedures;
- Any other projects or initiatives as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in any field;
- Two (2) years HR/Admin Experience;
- Good knowledge of employment laws and prevailing HR practices and trends;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
- A hands-on person who is resourceful, well organized and meticulous with an eye for detail and able to meet tight deadlines;
- Good follow-up skills;
- Able to work independently and proficient in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in MS office and major internet applications.
