You will be part of a team that helps to drive effective people management practices and processes to attract, motivate and retain talents. Your key responsibilities entail the full spectrum of staffing support functions which include manpower planning, recruitment, selection, staff on-boarding, retention, development and separation. Other duties include updating and maintaining HR staffing databases and organising and/ or participating in career promotion events. You will also act as an HR Partner to line managers, provide counsel on staffing matters and implement and communicate HR policies effectively.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/ Social Sciences/ Business Administration or other related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource preferred
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR modules in SAP would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislation practice
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
