Staffing Coordinator Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging full-time role that requires 8-10 years of experience in staffing coordination.

  • The primary responsibilities include processing and validating timesheets, addressing related queries or issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations concerning work hours, overtime, and tax filing, as well as assisting with year-end processes such as W-2 generation and distribution.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, strong problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and team members efficiently.
