Temporary Staffing Solution

We are seeking a highly skilled temporary staff member to join our team for a period of six months. This individual will be responsible for migrating content from our existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.

The successful candidate will have strong technical aptitude and excellent communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a meticulous and detail-oriented individual who can deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and using learning management systems (LMS), as well as a proven track record of providing level 1 support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate content from the existing LEARN DC system to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the transferred content and data.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth transition and troubleshoot any migration issues that may arise.
  • Provide level 1 support to stakeholders, assisting them in troubleshooting technical issues related to content development on the new platform.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with designing and using an LMS.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
Benefits:
