**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Guest Services Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and make a real impact in our organization.


**Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, planning and reviewing rosters to meet productivity goals, and leading the Guest Services team to provide personalized service.

**Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating with colleagues to assign sufficient manning for daily operational needs
  • Planning group movements and arrivals/departures to ensure operational efficiency
  • Liaising with Convention Organizers to handle group luggage and deliveries
  • Leading the Guest Services team to personalize guest arrival/departure experiences
  • Conducting audit checks on colleague's service standards
  • Personal involvement in the arrival, rooming, and departure of key/VIP guests
  • Attending department and operational meetings
  • Handling emergency situations and guest requests/complaints

**Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary education in any discipline and relevant hotel industry experience
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position in the service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of Opera system and other related sub-systems interfaced to the PABX and/or the hotel's computer system
