Business Development Manager, Affluent Markets

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Affluent Markets team at Phillip Securities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and retain high net worth clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our business globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new high net worth clients and expand existing relationships.
- Work closely with our global network offices and partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our business.
- Manage and fulfill business targets, supervising relationship managers and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the team.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the department and company goals are met.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills, with the ability to converse in Business Mandarin (an added advantage).
- Minimum degree in any relevant discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably with pass in the CMFAS module(s) M5, 6, 6A, M8, and M8A.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and people management skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on quality of service.
- Ability to travel regionally, if required.
