Manager of Affluent Client Services

Become a vital part of our innovative team dedicated to enhancing our high net-worth clientele's experience on a global scale. We are looking for passionate professionals to join our B2B Client Development initiatives, delivering a comprehensive Wealth Management service to our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and onboard affluent clients for both local and international markets.
  • Work in tandem with our global network and partners to cultivate leads and identify potential referrals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive engagement.
  • Assist in addressing new business needs and contribute to the formulation of effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Devise innovative sales tactics to draw in new corporate clients.
  • Oversee team objectives and provide guidance to relationship managers.
  • Ensure precise revenue tracking and generate relevant reports for the team.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A degree in a pertinent field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred certifications in CMFAS modules M5, 6, 6A, M8, and M8A.
  • A personable demeanor with strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally as required.
