Ambitious Opportunity for a Team Manager, Affluent Markets

PhillipCapital is expanding its high net-worth business globally, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our Affluent Markets' team in developing our B2B Business and Client Acquisition of high net-worth individuals, EAMs, and Family Offices. The successful candidate will provide and deliver a Total Wealth Management experience to new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire high-affluent clients for both local and offshore markets.
  • Collaborate with our global network offices and partners to develop prospects, network, and identify referrals to new clients/prospects.
  • Proactively engage and build strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support new business requirements and assist the team in creating sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop sales strategies to attract marketing partners or solicit new potential corporate clients.
  • Manage and fulfill business targets for the team and supervise relationship managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the team.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the department and company goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills (Business Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Minimum degree in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably with CMFAS module(s) M5, 6, 6A, M8, and M8A.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and people management skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on quality of service.
  • Ability to travel regionally, if required.
