About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HubSpot, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of the HubSpot software and its various features.
  • Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, email, and chat.
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate the HubSpot platform.
  • Diagnose software issues and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to resolve them.
  • Provide support and guidance to marketers, salespeople, and service professionals across our customer base.
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for working with customers and finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
