Customer Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at HubSpot, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the HubSpot software and its various features.
- Partner with customers to effectively resolve issues through phone, email, and chat.
- Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate the HubSpot platform.
- Diagnose software issues and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to resolve them.
- Provide support and guidance to marketers, salespeople, and service professionals across our customer base.
- Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or services.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
- Self-motivation and a desire to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for working with customers and finding solutions that meet their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
